Since your mortgage company is listed as a payee on the check, we will be contacting them on your behalf. We will need to provide your full loan number for them to locate your file and assist in the processing and verification of any requirements to get your insurance claim check endorsed. Also, some mortgage companies require it to be handwritten on the front of the check before sending it to them, so we need to note those details when we create the shipping labels, once it is ready to be sent to the mortgage company.
