What is a payment verification request?
The Payment Verification (PV) requests are the forms we send via email to the Property Owners (PO) to review and sign when any new iink Pro claim is uploaded. (*Except reissues and additional checks; for these we would only send a signature request.) They must complete the fields: Loan Number and Borrower Information, and submit their signature.
The Third-Party Letter of Authorization (TPLOA), is the second form included in the PV and with this form, we request the insured to give us the authorization to speak to the mortgage company on their behalf.
Finally, our Terms of service (TOS) are stated, and any party dealing with our platform has to sign of on agreement.
