Below are the steps on how to update your account info with visual aid: 

Let's Start by going to app.iinktech.com then log in with your username (your email address) and the password you created:


1. Click on the three bar line on the upper-left hand of the Dashboard Page.

2. From the dropdown list, select "My Account" and you will be directed to "User Settings".

3. Once in this page, you can now see the account information that is editable. Ex: Updating your iink account's email address, click the button.

4. Kindly input your new email address, then your password to verify the changes you want to make in your account, and click submit.
(Note: Please make sure that your new email address doesn't have an existing iink account)
