How can I add a new bank account to my iink account?
You can log into your account by clicking here. Type in your username (email address) and the password you created. (1) You will click on the Payments Methods tab on the left-hand side and then you will see a big blue button that says Add Bank Account (2).
You can instantly connect your account using your online banking login OR you can verify with the one cent micro-deposit sent by Plaid (1-2 business days).
Instant: If you use online banking with your bank you can just select your bank and log in with those credentials.
Manual (Micro-deposit): You can choose to add your bank account details and routing number and we will send you a micro-deposit for $0.01 this may take a day or two. Once you receive the micro-deposit, you will log in back into the same location and you will see the words "Confirm Micro-Deposits". Look for a $0.01 deposit in your account and enter the 3-letter code. Your code is the first 3 letters after the # under Transactions.
